Weird Sign

My friend found this weird sign outside a baqala in Jabriya. It says "The smart one come down"

I have no idea what it supposed to mean!

Update: Apparently there's an old man working in the baqala and he wants people to go inside and buy instead of letting himself go to them and ask for the orders. Now that's a clever sign!
